QingZhen (written in Chinese as 清真菜館 and pronounced in pinyin: qīng zhēn) is the Chinese word for “pure truth” and is interchangeably used in the Chinese language with the word "halal" (term used in Arabic speaking countries to describe anything permissible under Islamic law). When we went searching for a name, we figured no name would descibe our restaurant and our mission more aptly than QingZhen - a restaurant that serves “qingzhen” or halal food.
Our Mission
Provide Chinese food that is prepared under the guidelines set forth by Islamic law.
Our Values
We fear and turn to no one except God to help us in all that we do! This is the principle by which we run our lives and the restaurant.
